By

Facing the same foe
from the near past,
chained.

A chain strengthened
by force and authority.
Power it is.

Power enjoyed by few.
A glory sought by most.
To rule!

Ruling for all the judgement.
Consuming all the fame.
Ruling like a king.

Like a king who stand tall,
wave his sword to conquer all.
Starting war.

Waging war to keep the golden spoon.
Keeping all the spoils.
Victory!

Victory, or is it?
Thousands, even billions of pawns,
gone.

Gone from the rule of the king.
Gone from the weary war.
At peace.

There are some issues that I think are worth discussing when it comes to the spiritual or theological dimensions of technology namely: birth control, Genetically-Modified Organisms (GMO), and cloning. Instead of using multiple or group of words in a line, it is written using a single word that expresses the author's thoughts and story.
